• Orders may arrive in separate packages if you order more than one item.
• Packaging may not display our store name.
• Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate, and minor variations from product images may occur.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product.

Prices do not include any import duties, customs fees or local taxes that may be charged by your country or state unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product and will fully refund any payment made.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at help.norrhall@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
